Yeah, I always thought I’d have to travel north to see it. Cloud cover was worse tonight, but I got to see it last night. The first picture is about what I saw with the naked eye; the other picture is with flash and a 3 second exposure.

I tried to take a picture but my phone didn't take them well...but its strange to see that orange hue in the sky...all the way here...in El Paso... I never thought I'd ever see the aurora borealis with my own eyes, much less here in El Paso in my lifetime haha
