Sometimes I feel like going fully into vpn's and/or tor. The internet used to track less stuff I feel. Or at least the ability to process this data was lesser.

There's specific games that won't work, mostly stuff with kernel anticheat. Most notably valorant, although I think anything / everything from riot doesn't work. Rainbow Six Siege doesn't work. New battlefield game doesn't. Everything else mostly works.

What do you mean by clear cutting? And why do you think the current infrastructure can't sustain 8b people? What amount of people do you think would be ideal?

If your goal was to reduce the human population, It would need to be done gradually, because of the aforementioned demographics. You don't want 4 old people per one working person, recipe for disaster. Second of all, what do you think is a reasonable amount for the human population? Why reduce it?

From what I understand, birthrate statistics are calculated by-woman basis, which wouldn't be a problem if musk was remotely monogamous, but even assuming the best case scenario, if he was monogamous, he'd have enough children to offset... 7 couples.

That's completely absurd, a small quantity of losers cannot individually affect demographic statistics.

there is an increasing, possibly valid worry about demographics. Birth rates are plummeting in several countries, and countries like south korea already have irreversible effects upcoming, barring MAYBE welcoming immigration policies.
