The customer was using a good APC UPS unit but the condition of it is unknown (batteries good? Etc). Either way, I wonder if a Tripp Lite ISOBAR surge protector was used ahead of the UPS, would the system be ok? No one will ever know 🤣

Laptops have outsold desktops since 2023, but this year, sales are nearly even. It could be coincidence, but I wonder if our desktop pricing is starting to look more appealing to buyers in 2025 compared to laptops.
