I have no personal experience with them, but one I know of is the Trans Continental Pipeline, focused on helping people move to Colorado. They also have a "Not Colorado" page that lists similar resources for other regions.

I'm really hoping Valve combines its focuses on Linux/Proton and VR to make them work together, but yeah it's definitely not there yet.

Also at universities (in the US anyway) the football coach is frequently the highest paid employee so people draw a line between that and high/increasing tuition, and that bleeds over into hating sports in general? I might be going too far into this but it's something I heard a lot of.

I feel like some of the resentment can come from how funding is (or appears to be) allocated too. It happens at schools (arts vs sports) but also beyond that with stadiums/etc funded in part by governments. So it can seem like any support for sports takes money away from something "better". Maybe?

Adding more output tokens so they can charge more maybe??
