I've gotten into some pretty intense arguments bringing this up, but I really believe "sex-negative" politics even when it comes from the left shares a few common denominators and assumptions with traditional right-wing moralism, including hostility toward queer male sexuality.

Speaking as a gay man it always made me skeptical how they'd apply these concepts meant to critique heterosexual relations to same-sex male relations, especially when it comes to porn. And I'll never forget when a self-described feminist told me that having sub tendencies made me mentally ill.

Or the history of the minimum wage and the increased unaffordability of domestic labor by middle-class families which has had all kinds of affects. (Because they only pay attention to their cherry-picked graphs and nothing that requires historical and sociological knowledge and analysis.)

I can believe some anti-Semitism is surfacing, sure, but personally I'm just seeing people suggest he was MAGA involved in some backroom deals to get the vote and decide who'd be the scapegoats which I don't think is *that* implausible or or problematic.
