for the most part yes they do this. in my experience they may not see it as dancing worse but as focusing on supporting the lead dancer. it’s a real skill in all dance to learn to dance as a cohesive group but it is for more explicit ends in commercial dance.

all we have to say is well we’re gonna focus on hard goods, products, furniture etc because this isn’t a fashion design program so while you can arbitrarily redesign the form you may not have the technical understanding to fully rework the jacket. not “fashion is just for dressing up” lmfao
