#LongCOVID recovery means trying alternative & holistic methods. The body has experienced major trauma which requires calming down both the autonomic nervous system and getting inflammation under control, both of which sap our energy. I enjoy tones like this to help calm the mind, cells, and nerves.

I’m constantly surprised that pre-Trump #Republicans who believed in the principles of Ronald Reagan haven’t embraced the #RINO moniker to say to the country, “See, Reagan was right.” Kind of a no-brainer as we watch this #MAGA chaos, dysfunction, and slow economic meltdown, no?

#COVID19 isn’t just respiratory. I never had breathing problems or lost my sense of smell or taste. My damage is majority neurological and everything related to those systems. #LongCOVID

Nearly 4 years since my COVID “stroke” and I still have few answers or treatment options. If people and governments viewed COVID-19 more like the HIV virus and the damage it does to the body we might be farther along in research.

#Education matters and both political parties have a stake in your ability to achieve the #American dream. Everyone needs to be a high school graduate. College is great for certain careers, otherwise a waste of time/money. Trade schools are critical, highly valuable, and underinvested in! #USA 🇺🇸
