I’ve been trying to get doctors to hear me when I tell them that I literally feel the area in my brain that has been damaged and it’s in the brain stem area. Now there’s proof I’m not crazy and why I struggle like a brain injury patient. #Covid19 #LongCOVID

#LongCOVID recovery means trying alternative & holistic methods. The body has experienced major trauma which requires calming down both the autonomic nervous system and getting inflammation under control, both of which sap our energy. I enjoy tones like this to help calm the mind, cells, and nerves.
