The problem with the PCBs seems to be not so much will they break, but will they be usable in a different shape.

2/2 Sacrificed the skirt, although it's mostly a static detail.
Next iteration, I'm going to overhaul the hair, and customize more.
All the back layers of the hair could probably be combined into one physics bone, which would leave some affordance for bangs or kemonomimi ears et al.
