One of my Quiz Bowl kids showed up at the end of school today with a gift for teacher appreciation week. It was a copy of MOBY-DICK which I didn't have. She took a chance on me enjoying having multiple copies of a favorite book - which I do! It now has a spot on my Melville/Whaling shelf at home.
