In my experience the more advanced a topic and experienced a dev the more they just want examples and explanations, not tutorials. Well documented and commented code is the best way to learn.

A big part of it is engine choice. Even for small project I would lean towards perforce for unreal. So much of the tooling is built for p4.

I very much felt the same. Was annoyed by it when I first encountered it, kind of just forgot about it after a bit of time, then realized I liked them when I travelled somewhere else.

Personally I use and pay for @kagi.com and it's been great. For those willing to pay I will recommend Kagi.

DuckDuckGo would be my fallback recommendation, but honestly it's been a while since I used it so don't really know the current state of it.
