He’s lost the confidence of a significant number of his cabinet. It’s not unexpected with all the rumblings in his party. With an election looming, it’s likely timing he’s doing it now. His party isn’t polling very well and they need time to recover before the next election later this the year.

I remember this this Jungle Book adaptation! Can’t remember what channel it was on, but I want to say PBS? (Maybe YTV, but I seem to remember it was more of a public broadcaster thing, and not CBC).

I would say Victoria Flores is the most progressive option over there. I know a few progressive folks working pretty hard on her campaign. She’s been on the heritage board and worked for a number of non-profits. She’s committed to growing community.

That’s not to say I endorse Masters. But mannnnn the options are just that bad.
