Today I watched the swans, ducks and geese on the small lake, sitting in the fountain winter sunshine for a few moments, feeling my feet on the ground and breathing. A robin came and sat for a moment. On the way home I saw a little egret. This afternoon I had a nap. #joy (I love this, thank you!)
