Who knows if I still would be into Magic if I didn't discover that I could get into the robot early on in my career

Lyra's flavor text from her normal frame just so succinctly sums up the appeal of angels as this force of good, I can't help but love it.

The pilots have to be coming from somewhere, I suppose.

Getting an Ancient Gold Dragon hit while I've got Warstorm Surge or, god willing, Dragon Tempest and just erasing a whole table is the only thing I want to do in Commander.

Gonna have to go out to Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea, my first promo card from a prerelease back when I was starting out. You can do some real Yugioh-ass turns with her if you set up right.

Pivoted to black for the last of the three rounds instead of green so I could run Alesha Who Laughs at Fate, which was an incredibly based decision and won me my last round. What if I could just stop thinking about how my blockers work and hit you with bricks instead?

Went 2-0 in my first prerelease. I didn't think this deck had it in it, but Crackling Cyclops is a hell of a drug.

Got to play a few Commander matches yesterday. Kasla might be a pretty inconsistent deck, but not helping beats going on a tear after getting Invasion of Segovia flipped. I got to 50 creatures on the board before the other players submitted, and I still could have played so much more.
