Rafah and the area north of Gaza City are under general displacement orders and have been reduced to rubble. The only estimate I can find of Rafah's population is "a few hundred" as of April 2025. Do you have estimates that a significant number of people are living in the rubble there?

And is there any reason to suppose that campaigning with Cheney helped win over more swing voters than it alienated? In Pennsylvania, independents were more likely to say it made them less enthusiastic than more enthusiastic.

I am not a stickler for this sort of thing. But when you are the Solicitor General and you are filing legal papers with the Supreme Court of the United States, you should take a second - even on an emergency motion - to ensure that what appears inside quotation marks is the actual quotation
