Hints of blue in a mottled sky #uist
Looking across towards the hills from the cat trap site, the sky is a mixture of blue, grey and peach. I accidentally scared up a couple of snipe as I headed to feed the hens. The sun is gleaming through rents in the clouds and the loch is like glass. The sun is bright beyond the clouds and the fields are bronze and gold in the autumn light.

Yesterday was the Calves Sale #uist. Prices were good and this morning, the cows are peacefully grazing.

Sitting sipping coffee. We’ve trapped a #kitten and its mum and sibling are hanging about. Kitten is in a transfer carrier between 2 traps. 🤞🏻😻🐈‍⬛ I just need to wait.
