Per MCPD: the driver who hit & killed David Glenn Jenkins II "Dae Dae" on 8/30/2023 ~9:49 pm was charged with misdemeanor criminally negligent manslaughter by vehicle. He was going south on Frederick Rd/355 at 72 mph. Dae Dae was in the uncontrolled marked crosswalk at Gunners Branch Rd/Scenery Dr.
David Glenn "Dae Dae" Jenkins, 28, was hit & killed by multiple high-speed drivers on 8/30/2023 ~9:49 pm, as he was crossing Frederick Rd/355 on his bike at Gunners Branch Rd/Scenery Dr in Germantown.
