Exactly how I feel about sugar.
When my uncle from the US brought American choco varieties (Americans call them candies for a reason), they tasted exceedingly sweeter than Indonesian brands.

I’ve been on this hardcore training and diet plan and dropped 10kg in 2 months. Biggest thing I learned, sugar’s a straight up drug. First month I craved it, second month I didn’t care at all.
I also cut out oils completely, even the so called “extra virgin” ones, and 20 years of acid reflux gone.
