Was thinking of dressing that up with a Christmas light necklace, but I would have to break my rule. Can. Tire doesn't seem to carry them.

I'm not too good at this sportsball stuff. I thought the Vanier Cup was played the week BEFORE the Grey Cup.
But here it is on my TV.

When i was very young there were some skills my parents had that seemed amazing to me and wondered if i'd ever be able to master them.
One was peeling an apple with a pairing knife. Another was slicing cold butter really really thin.
So this is adulting for me.

Reminder. For Doug phase 1 is any cockamamy idea he has. Phase 3 is prosperity for all, but he has no idea what Phase 2 is. The economy is all magic to the guy with high school education.

I've been making these muffins from a package for years and they are usually fool proof. But today they caved in and are mushy in the middle.
Isn't there an old wive's tale about tears spoiling the batter?
I think that's what happened.

Glad to see some high schools still have a band. Malvern Collegiate. Again only one lousy pic cuz I was busy bopping to the tunes.
November 16, 2025 at 8:10 PM
I'm also here for the old cars.
I can only identify the middle one.

November 16, 2025 at 7:59 PM
The Lion's club taking the idea of a "float" too literally.
November 16, 2025 at 7:54 PM
All about the bands.
I have questions like what is an Optimist alumnus?
November 16, 2025 at 7:47 PM
Can you guess? This is care of the local vets clinic. Too cute.
November 16, 2025 at 7:41 PM
Mary Margaret and Brad were there too, but who cares about them?
Fun fact for out-of-towners: Brad's first name is also Bradford, not Bradley.
Fun fact about MM: she's a Liberal, but as my city rep she voted for Rob Ford's crazy transit schemes.
November 16, 2025 at 7:39 PM
Now for the politicians.
Mayor Olivia is in there somewhere. (She's quite tiny)
