I myself am otherkin, and I do quads! but I am not a therian (at least that I'm sure of as of late. still questioning whether or not I am). quadrobics are a valid way of working out, and isn't exclusive to a demographic.

having to take HORSE PILL ANTIBIOTICS for 5 days twice a day is kinda killing me. I legit freaked out when I didnt take my morning antibiotic for breakfast but like damn. be lucky yall aren't me
