Listening to the audiobook of the new Halo novel thats a sequel to infinite, and all I'll say is.. I know doubly know.
I goddamn LOVE Echo 216. I loved him in the game and I now love him more. Can he please be a new permanent side character (like Johnson was)? His discovering hope arc is so lovely.

Never know what to write for posts like these, but all I can say is thank you Vince Zampella. The original Modern Warfare games especially CoD 4 defined what a modern shooter was and were a big part of my childhood. CoD never felt the same without him.

Its so weird how I've just seemingly broken my need to be in a static. I remember always being in one and prepping for new tiers. It was an unhealthy feeling of NEEDING to be in one, whereas with the last and this one I'm just... eh its out in a few weeks, guess I'll PF.

This song is gonna be my life. Its like a combination of a large number of my loved things. Tony Hawk Pro Skater era rock band sang by the guy who did Infinite from Sonic Forces (one of my favourite Sonic songs ever) IN one of the best raid sets 14s ever done.

More of a general gaming complaint but spurred on by my last post, but I'm getting kinda sick of the Live Service messing with gaming plots thing.
So many live service games try to have a campaign/story mode but they always have to give it no resolution because the enemy CAN'T be beaten so it lasts

BO7's campaign was a strange one. A "fear gas" plot really fits Black Ops weird vibe and had bags of potential. Some cool mindbendy missions but man, it just felt like a bunch of scenes that led to nothing.

BO7's campaign was a strange one. A "fear gas" plot really fits Black Ops weird vibe and had bags of potential. Some cool mindbendy missions but man, it just felt like a bunch of scenes that led to nothing.
