I enjoyed Superman. There's a lot thrown at it for people who don't know DC, but lots to enjoy if you do. So many Easter eggs.
Feels like the first time someone has tried to make a film based on a Superman comic.
It's fun without veering into silly. And Mr Terrific is so good. Perfect casting.

Make Monaco a time trial. It just doesn't work as a race anymore with cars that size. Hasn't for years. Straight shoot out for who can do the circuit in the fastest time would keep the venue in the calendar and make it competitive. #F1 #F1MonacoGP

Saw Alien: Romulus. Had high hopes after some positive reviews, but was very disappointed. Like a fan made flick that just adds nothing. Felt like a series of videogame missions that somehow ended up as a movie. Hard to engage when the characters are so unlikable too.
Not adding that to the canon.

RIP David Lynch. A huge influence of my life doesn't even begin.
I still use his "Eye of the duck" saying, in game dev for a key moment or character.
And despite its flaws, Dune was the first film I saw on the gigantic screen at the Odeon Leicester Square in 84. It blew my mind.
