Southwest Airlines running ads showing multitudes celebrating their change to assigned seating is some serious gaslighting nonsense.

Could someone at @mta.info explain why 7 and N trains don’t wait for each other at Queensboro Plaza, especially when the next one is unacceptably far away? Also, why don’t all departure displays show info for both the 7 and the N?

“The New York City police department would like to remind you— There is a Manhattan-bound local 7 train to 34th Street-Hudson Yards approaching the station. Please stand away from the platform edge.”

Here’s a travel tip for you if you ever find yourself on a baseball special to Yankee Stadium. If you start “Here Come the Yankees” at the point north of 138/Concourse where the 5 train splits off, the song ends as the train pulls into the 161-Yankee Stadium station.

The McDonald’s I’m eating at is playing Christmas music from a SiriusXM station. This station played the Diana Ross version of “Wonderful Christmastime” and Paul McCartney’s version, separated by a Sia song. I guess someone complained to the station.
