I get that it can be a fun little fantasy to imagine Democrats being just as wantonly unconstitutional as Trump, but even if they did do something like this, the second a Democrat enters the WH, SCOTUS will conveniently rediscover judicial review. They won’t even really try to explain the shift.

A while back, I got some fancy, overpriced potato chips, “Mediterranean Sea Salt” chips from Torres Selecta. I waited months to open them because I horde rare items in real life and video games. I assumed they’d not live up to upscale price and presentation.
