Back in 2021, I made concept art for a TF2 Workshop unusual effect known as Davy Jones' Gaze, based on the character from the Scream Fortress map, Cursed Cove. It's one of my favorite maps in the game, so I made this effect as a tribute to the map. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/...
