My only note: that tree in the front garden is blocking a lot of natural light & I’d have to remove it. If it’s blocking a horrible view then I’d replace with a trellis of something fast growing & in keeping but not ivy! Otherwise I could probably move in as is. I didn’t even spot the dolls 🤷🏼‍♀️
