Depending on your definition of "natural phenomena," I'd put a huge variety of biological principles on the list too: individual and ecological stability probably being the biggest of them. But proteins and protein functions are up there too; we're all filled with tiny machines that make us alive.

I'd say a lot of electromagnetism is up there; electric charge concentrating on the outer surface of a conductor (and the consequences of that happening), changing electric fields causing magnetic fields and vice versa, reflection of electromagnetic waves.

I've always been on the creator side of things, making command block contraptions, then data packs and mods. But a few years ago I finally got around to trying to fight the ender dragon on my own.
Honestly it wasn't too bad, but it's definitely a bit of a puzzle.
