Joined BS for specific reason: looking for another co-author for section of a paper I've written which gets rejected b/c I can't summarize the history of reinforcement learning. I'm 80 with a terminal case of CRS. Coauthor Sanjeev Namjoshi could but he's wrapped up working for Karl Friston.

Education Department stops $1 billion in funding for school mental health
Congress created the grants in the aftermath of the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. The goal was to help schools hire mental health professionals, including counselors and social workers.
