On Wednesday, we carried out a 2-part experiment on the effects of good food and great company on a community of ecologists and statisticians at the REC Christmas party.
N = 31.
Community structure: Skewed towards postdocs with some professors and other staff.

Ihmisen myrkyttämä itämerennorppa on toipumassa – metsästyksen lisääminen sysäisi kannan uuteen syöksyyn
Itämerennorpan kannan koko on yhä kaukana siitä, mitä se olisi ilman ihmisen toimintaa. Luontainen kanta olisi arviolta 12 kertaa suurempi.
