I have been counting/cutting cal, watching my carb intake, doing portion control, eating more fresh fruits & vegs, and moving more for a while. I have seen little improvement in how my clothes fit or on the scale. My last weigh-in was on Wednesday 1/29 at 235.9lbs. #weightlossjourney #zepbound
