when I was working at Activision we found out our IT guy put hidden cameras in the bathroom. shortly after I got over the trauma of that and started using the bathrooms at work again, I got groped by a co-worker in one.

Remembering how Brian Bulatao (then CAO of ABK) singled out one of my fellow union organizers and called them out of the blue. He proceeded to drop that he had "connections in the CIA." Clearly intimidation.

Today, Monday February 10th 2025, CWA Local 7250 filed Unfair Labor Practice charges against Activision with the National Labor Relations Board in Minneapolis. The ULP is in regards to the unjust termination of Allen Junge, a QA tester and union leader who was unjustly terminated.

i worked closely with allen when we first started trying to unionize at abk, he's to credit with so much of why that union was able to happen. you've got my support, allen!
I and many others organized directly alongside Allen at Activision. Not only is he a dedicated employee, but he is also passionate about making sure his coworkers are treated fairly and with respect. Firing him is a blatantly and unashamedly retaliatory move.
On December 9th Allen Junge, a union activist with the Communications Workers of America at Activision Quality Assurance in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota was unjustly terminated. Allen has been a core part of the wave of unionization across the video game industry.

On November 30th, Activision QA employees in Minneapolis, Austin, and El Segundo received an email announcing that hybrid work will be ended in January for QA employees.
