Both Keir Starmer & Wes Streeting know full well how grossly underfunded UK palliative care is - & they have the power to change that.

But will they?

I fear our MPs are ill-prepared for today's debate if they believe this is a binary discussion, #AD 'right' or 'wrong.'
I'd like to see a pause for deep, well-informed & nuanced briefing of MPs & of all citizens.
