Sometimes I think I am a glutton for punishment. I am having a bunch of coworkers over, and I decided to make a ton of Cuban dishes, some of which I have never made before. Ropa vieja, roasted pork cooked in Mojo, moros y christianos, Cuban bread, flan, and possibly a rum cake. All from scratch.
