I’ve been on Medicaid and food stamps. If you haven’t, someone you know almost certainly has. The senate votes this week on Trump’s Big Bullying Bill to slash these programs. Act now and call your reps.

I’m a part time librarian and I just want to echo what I’ve seen other librarians say recently: there is a HUGE uptick in requests for social justice, climate justice, abolition, history, etc books and I just want to say nobody is giving up the fight. If anything people are fighting harder #library

SCOTUS announces it will hear whether or not LGBTQ inclusive education is unconstitutional.

Not great for LGBTQ people, and could be disastrous to teaching that we have a history and have existed alongside everyone else for centuries.
