Using the tragic plane collision over the Potomac that cost 67 human souls as an occasion to slam DEI hiring was obscene. There’s zero evidence at this point that an underqualified air traffic controller or pilot had any role in this crash.

DEI has nothing to do with putting under-qualified people into jobs. It is about giving people an opportunity to get jobs that they are qualified to do, and not keeping them out of those jobs based solely on their skin color, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religious beliefs, etc.
