Suspect the Rail Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is Commission Regulation 1158/2010 with the words Member State crossed out and United Kingdom written in crayon.
There has been service recovery and gains since 2020 but not goods trade.

Well, I have seen two Corsairs.
a Vought Corsair F4U7 in San Diego air and space museum.
and a Goodyear FG1D Corsair in Seattle museum of flight.
But not a Brewster made Corsair, so real life was not helpful for the quiz. Still an amazing aircraft.

This is in a square in steel town Bochum that sits on top of coal mines near the old closed Bessemer furnace made into a fabulous public park in Duisburg that I visited in June.

The people of Bochum understand European unity. England does not.

(There were a few English names.)

Delightful, but oh my, I'd be kind of cautious about what I put in the basket to create a good impression.

I once carried this record all around a Saturn Hansa in a clear plastic bag, it didn't work.

All used Daimler Benz DB605 engine, apart from the C.202 which used a DB601.

As a boy I was once allowed to sit in a Mercedes Silberpfeil (W154 engine?) for answering what the 3 pointed star signifies.

Is the chap astride the prop in bottom left pic asking...

"Is this really how we start the engine? Definitely 'slide down a propeller blade to turn the engine clockwise'. Hold on, is that viewed from the front or the pilot's seat?"

Looks like it was Egg Salad at Anna Purna.
No gammon with pineapple, sorry. We also offer Chinese food.

Me: "Can I have overjean! curry, tarka dal, and an aloo parata for 76 new pence?"

(does the He Man's Grill date this menu to 1983 not early 70s ?)

Surely higher rent is also brexit.

Can anyone else see Brexit in this graph?
Jan 31 2020

Covid-19 lockdown caused the March 2020 evictions moratorium lifted May 2021.
About 750,000 people of 20m behind on rent.

Construction company insolvencies were 17.4% of all firms going bust in 2024.
Why?

Civil service staff numbers have grown nearly 50% since the referendum at a cost of +£1.5bn per year.
We had to make our own Indonesia partnership agreement that we would have got anyway as EU members.

The EU has new trade agreement with Mercosur (just about final). UK does n't.

Correct but that's 'submit' as in a claim or form, not the surrender to an opponent, kowtow meaning of submit implied here, which is of course also an Arabic word, ḵhaḍaʻa.
