"plans to end prison rape protections"

This administration is simply evil to its core.
BREAKING: Trump administration plans to end prison rape protections for trans & intersex people, memo says. A DOJ memo says certain standards under the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) do not align with Trump’s Jan. 20 anti-trans executive order, @byadamrhodes.bsky.social reports.

Newsom chides USC to 'do the right thing' for academic freedom and resist Trump compact
Gov. Newsom on Friday again waded into the controversy surrounding President Trump's higher education compact, which has roiled USC since being extended to the university.

the stories that come out of the ICE camps are going to look like the stories that come out of every camp system; rampant corruption, epidemic disease, physical and sexual abuse on a vast scale, a death rate far higher than normal, and medical abuses.

the fact that people were told “today you are going to an elementary school to lie to teachers and kidnap kids” and didn’t immediately tell their bosses to go fuck themselves is all you need to know about why ICE should be dismantled
BREAKING: Federal agents in plain clothes and unmarked cars tried to snatch 1st graders from LA elementary schools—told staff they had “parental consent.”

They lied. When pressed, they HID THEIR IDS. DHS admits they sent them. This wasn’t a welfare check. It was a test run for a police state.

Every single offseason since the 2019 ECF loss Bucks fans have to deal with this nonsense. Media would be better served dreaming up much more realistic SGA or Embiid trades.
Whatever package you think is rich enough to obtain Giannis Antetokounmpo, it will need to be much larger.

But if he ends up on the trade market, he’ll have no shortage of suitors.

One potential deal to explore? A three-team trade with the Bucks, Spurs and Pelicans 👀

This is exactly why any talk of the Bucks “getting lucky” with injuries in the 2021 playoffs with Irving/Trae is ridiculous. Not only did Giannis go down with the ECF tied 2-2 THAT year, you’d also be hard-pressed to find a more “unlucky” injury team in the playoffs since.
