PP has stated he will use the Not Withstanding Clause to override Supreme Court decisions and is defending that statement by saying he is standing up for the Charter of Rights by doing this. That's a wild spin.🙄

Interesting that the only two sources for this controversy are the journalist who wrote the article and a member of the party that stands to benefit from any fallout from the article. Do better CBC.
