I have 2Gig fiber to my home now but as a teenager we started with a 2400bps modem before 28K, 56K, and Cable. Today not 833 times faster but 833,333 times faster now. That's wild to me.

My evening in pictures. The ritzy part of Dallas -> Park Cities. One thing I forget about fancy restaurants is how the food portions are a bit on the smaller side. We cook at home close to 5 days of the week and it saves a good 60%.

Ditching the old coffee table but this brand new rug we got gives so much more warmth and enhancement to the space.

Got my CAAD13 fixed at REI. They finally found a spoke nipple in the rim that had been making noise for years. Also new rubber. Team Gatorskin, Vittoria just doesn’t hold up.

Temporarily fucked up my middle finger in a sports mishap so I can't properly flip the bird or fully bend it... but at least it's not broken and I can type mostly fine. 2 days until the next game will it heal in time I wonder... 🤔

Went to a nice dinner spot in Frisco for a friend's 60th birthday. Would do it again. I had 2 drinks, wound up completely passing out on the couch during Monster: The Ed Gein Story.

Behold my new garage shelving system. It feels cluttered but the real test is will I now be able to fit 75.2" x 194.6" of American Japanese premium engineering in a 1 car garage. The 70.7 x 173" in our CX-30 fit with fine before.

Checked out the new train station yesterday. It's very nice and I hope things don't go downhill once it opens. I rarely take the train here though. #trainstation
