What a peaceful morning!!

Nature has a way of soothing our souls. These deer would have moved if we inched closer, but we chose to sit and watch for a minute. I believe that minute of quiet, while watching these beautiful creatures, changed the whole trajectory of my day! For the better!

I hike to this spot quite often during the warmer months to do some meditation and yoga. Today it was 20° but with no wind at all, so quiet, it was an awesome day for meditation!

Showing the granddaughters how to build a snow cave to stay warm! That lasted 10 minutes, before they went inside for hot chocolate! Ha, so much for survival class! I had fun though 😃

It was so peaceful walking in a local park, today. I had the whole place to myself!!

I took a beautiful walk in nature today. I take these moments to clear my mind of all thoughts and be thankful!

I find peace in nature, Always grounded after time alone in nature!
