What a peaceful morning!!

Nature has a way of soothing our souls. These deer would have moved if we inched closer, but we chose to sit and watch for a minute. I believe that minute of quiet, while watching these beautiful creatures, changed the whole trajectory of my day! For the better!

I hike to this spot quite often during the warmer months to do some meditation and yoga. Today it was 20° but with no wind at all, so quiet, it was an awesome day for meditation!

Showing the granddaughters how to build a snow cave to stay warm! That lasted 10 minutes, before they went inside for hot chocolate! Ha, so much for survival class! I had fun though 😃

It was so peaceful walking in a local park, today. I had the whole place to myself!!

I just watched the ceremony honoring Jimmy Carter, beautiful! I thought Kamala Harris gave a wonderful tribute!

Does anyone else agree that Fox News is extremely dangerous for our society? I have acquaintances that watch Fox news, daily and they’re always angry, even after their guy won.

A walk in nature always grounds me!

Everyone I work with, and any of my friends and family that think Trump is going to fix the world, gets all their news from FOX news. In my opinion FOX is as Dangerous as Trump if not more!
