A few days after losing Dabjai, things are going. We got a kitten before he took his sudden turn, Kion. Sadly Kion is young enough that he can't really be without another cat. So, we adopted Arhu from the same rescue. They help, not a replacement, no one can replace my baby, but wonderful band-aids.

Today is one of, if not the, worst days of my life. Dabjai, the orange tabby that's shared my life for 17 years has passed on. He's been with me through so much that is still sinking in. But he was in pain, and getting worse. I will miss my perfect little boy with every bit of my heart.
