Nope. The mere existence of WMDs was not a legitimate reason for a pre-emptive strike. This is why I opposed the war from the beginning - it was bullshit framing to justify an action Dubya had already planned to take before his term started

She knew what this government was when she took the job. She was representing ICE in court previously.

She was fine doing so until her workload got too big and judge yelled at her

You're basing this on claims she's making about her role in all this that nobody else has independently verified, in an effort to save her ass and avoid contempt. By sharing concerns that she conveniently only made public when an angry judge began grilling her in court.

The fuck are you talking about

EXACTLY. my god I feel like I'm taking crazy pills today

Herself and her heroism in...trying to get DHS to comply with court orders which she is *required to do by law* is not heroism. It's just the job.

She cried because she's overwhelmed with her workload.
February 5, 2026 at 12:20 AM
Lol no. If she was calling out ICE, she'd have spoken up before a judge accosted her in court. She worked as an SUSA for ICE helping detain immigrants prior to this, and her primary job in *this* role was helping the government *win* their habeas petitions.

A few self-aggrandizing comments about

I mean...that's *her* narrative, where she's white-knighted herself.

I don't either, but I've been Julie Le tired. I can relate, but I don't have what's required to pity her at all.
February 4, 2026 at 4:35 PM
Seriously, everybody is rushing to lionize her based on...what? Her own statements centering her as the sole voice of reason within DHS, that largely came out because an angry judge was yelling at her?

She worked for the bad guys. She thought the job would be easy. She complained about workload
February 4, 2026 at 5:30 PM
Limited "real court" experience who couldn't bear her workload. She isn't part of any resistance.
February 4, 2026 at 5:27 PM
Nah. She was previously an attorney FOR ICE, helping lock immigrants up. Julie's rant followed a dressing down from the judge, where she presented herself as the sole person trying to get the government to comply.

What's more likely is she was an overwhelmed, inexperienced attorney with

Also it's instructive to realize that the note from Chomsky advising Epstein on PR about his child sex abuse is a reply to Epstein advising Chomsky on PR about disinheriting his children. They're advising each other how to get away with being awful people.

So misogyny isn't real. Got it.
February 4, 2026 at 6:19 AM
I don't care who's right regarding the argument, it doesn't give you the right to be abusive to women in a sexualized manner. That affects more than just the person you're directing at, not that it would be leas fucked up if it only affected them
February 4, 2026 at 6:14 AM
What part of being a raging misogynist do you enjoy most?
