I have escaped the hellsite, and hoping to find new & old friends here.
The principle is not crazy - if a person currently received $10,000 a year in ACA subsidies, give it to them directly instead of handing it to the insurance company. The reality is that he will use it to cut support, then eliminate it after a year or two.

Always nice to stop by and interact with the shrieking woke-scolds.

Fuck it, turn up with a whole pallet of gold bars. What will it take to shame Americans into restraining their gangster-in-chief?

Trying to imagine a distant world when New York was a city of haves & have-nots, instead of the egalitarian commune we know today.

That assumes every ex-labour vote moves to the Greens. My understanding is that the recent data shows a large chunk of them actually head to Reform, along with disgruntled conservatives, independents and fringe hard-right cranks

I don't know where to find polling, but nearby Stocksbridge and Don had an election 3 months ago, and you are right, I am shocked:
Labour- down to 24% from 50%
Reform - 32.9% up from 0%

They seem to be having fun cutting sea bed cables to mess with people's communications infastrcuture. A navy to monitor and deter Russian belligerence is proportionate, alongside other uses.

It doesn't matter who I vote for, and it literally never will. Best I can do is hectoring letters to my labour MP.
November 16, 2025 at 1:11 PM
We going accelerationist for Reform then, is that the plan?

More weaponised pizza cutters and spanking that I anticipated.

If this whole Bishop-of-Rome thing doesn't work out for him, it's nice to see he has options.

Well, I'm SURE she sent them a nicely written apology, maybe a fruit basket (destroyed by controlled explosion by their private security detail at a cost of $11,000).

Not just memories and biology, it can replicate their thought patterns, respond as they would. It would appear in it's mimicking behaviour, it manifests a copy of the victim's brain perfectly enough that it can manifest their personality. The host therefore, may believe themselves genuine.
