Today would have been my mother's 50th birthday. She passed away five years ago and I miss her every day. Someday I hope to write a book about her life, how every system in our society but especially Healthcare failed her, and how I'm just trying to move forward without her as her living legacy.

Our 11, almost 12, year old man had to go to the vet today for a sore tooth. They said his blood work showed he was very healthy and for his age he is very very healthy.
