A big problem I notice with indie animation is how there is really nothing for all audiences
Why does all indie animation have to be dark edgy stuff only adults can enjoy? Where’s all the wholesome stuff?

At this point, I’ve kept my distance and stopped caring about what the cartoon community says about anything. There are still some good people in there who call this behavior out, but you really have to dig through an endless sea of cynicism to find them. Yet the negative side always gets rewarded.
