They need to come forward about what they're doing now.
Friendly note General Electric is a PoS company that poisoned the land and water in multiple cities and towns in Berkshire County, then pulled out and destroyed ther economy, *then* fought every step of the way about cleanup.

This project was the result of the EPA having to fight GE tooth and nail.
Workers are wrapping up a maintenance project to shore up part of the cap that keeps contaminated sediments at the bottom of Silver Lake from reaching the water above.

There's no building for people anymore. The best thing you can do for people is tear everything down and just give them a mound of grass and a stream to sit by.

You are not going to make any money building for people who are finicky, and tastes change, and they don't even know what they want. Build for things.

People tried to save office, but it didn't work. Human beings don't want to be inside anymore. Buildings are for things now, not people anymore.

The replacement of office commercial real estate with data centers exposes the collapse of the real estate industry. We got out in time. It's all about other industries now, anything but the real estate itself.

Watch out for areas where it's the middle of summer and people are wearing all gray and black. Something is wrong with those communities. You want to be in an area that's vibrant.

Remember to never worry about the numbers. This business is about people.

There's a difference between that and Japan owning Nikon, Canon, Sony and nearly every camera brand. That's not greed. That's just stepping up to do what no other country wanted to do.

We have to watch out for greed. For Getty to have Getty Images and Unsplash Plus is extremely greedy, especially since they already own iStock.

Sometimes you need to be harsh. Sometimes interest rates have to be raised, and sometimes they have to be cut. Tough decisions have to be made.

How have we not started construction already? It's embarrassing.

When the real estate sector expands, other industries grow with it. A healthy real estate environment is key to the success of the economy.
