Agree. Felt like it went a little too long and I wanted to see the villain suffer more.

Great writers. I have only read two Ketchum, his stories tend to be a little emotionally intense for me.

That’s love.

This book had me furious at the mother in law.

I understand. I have been escaping a lot into some of my favorites. The Expanse series is great, think I am on book 6 in the series.

They usually do. Working with young children is the best because they are typically better humans. More kind, caring, and understanding than most adults. I’m glad she was so excited for the playdate.

I loved the first series and I am excited for this one. What are your initial thoughts?

Those are all fantastic but that Scream in particular is just fantastic.

Sorry to see you in back pain, I know the feeling. Enjoy the movie day and hopefully you’re not too uncomfortable.

I have to agree on the page count. Felt like a bit of it could have been trimmed but it was still a great read.

Really enjoyed The Book of Koli but I haven’t finished the series yet.

Just rewatched First Blood on Tubi, still a personal favorite. I enjoyed the book too.

Koko has sat on my shelf for years now. I don’t know why I find it so daunting. I regularly read 1,000 page books and yet the thickness of my copy of Koko keeps putting me off. I have never read much of Straub tried Ghost Story and it just wasn’t working for me.
