The fact is he and Crazie Eddie Lutnick are using their on-again, off-again tariff scheme which is nothing but a Ponzi scheme to pump & dump stocks, roil the markets and benefit their oligarch pals. Meanwhile, thousands of small-to-middle market business suffer that are the fabric of supply chains.
