Our little offspring turned two yesterday 🎉 He grows smarter every day. He’s gentle and curious, does dangerous things carefully, acts coy while being loud and boisterous. In everything he does he continues to teach us that the only way to live and thrive is to love deep, try hard, and never stop.

Man, on here for two days with no offensive or even controversial posts and I’m already suspended?

About like so. Mellow bison in the brush, clear trails, and frozen ground. It was about 16 degrees F when I started the run.

Got in some #trailrunning miles at #antelopeisland today. My first #halfmarathon in almost 10 years. Slower than I wished, faster than I thought. Been #running off and on for years, but finally committed last July, and never looked back.

This is a tough one. Odd, quixotic, daring, and always beautiful. What a life’s contribution.
